How do I list my home with Santa Fe Homes Online?
To list your home or rental property with Santa Fe Homes Online is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

Step 1:

fill out our subscription form.

Step 2:

send your photos by email as an attachment, by snail mail or contact Santa Fe Homes Online and we will pick them up for you.

Step 3:

Submit your payment by check or money order or PayPal.


Your ad will have its own unique web address so that people will go directly to your page. (Ex. www.sfho.com/yourstreet ) Be sure to included this web address in your newspaper ads and flyers.


How much does it cost to list my home?
There will be a setup fee of $25.00 to have your home or rental listed with Santa Fe Homes Online. There is a monthly fee to have it listed each month. The monthly cost is $5.00/mth. Three months prepaid cost $10.00. Six months prepaid cost $15.00. If it takes more than six months to sale your home, there is no additional fee up to a year to keep it listed. Santa Fe Homes Online will continue to host it for free after six months.


What is included when I list my home?
Each account includes three photos, and unlimited text. Additional photos can be included for an additional $5.50/photo or $15.00 for 8 photos. If you would like Santa Fe Homes Online to take pictures of your home for you, there will be an additional $10.00/photo charge. A floor plan of your property, provided by you, can be included for a $5.00 charge. Santa Fe Homes Online can also create a 360º virtual tour of rooms or exterior shots. The cost of a virtual tour starts at $50.00/tour. Please contact Santa Fe Homes Online for more information.


How do I include my photos?
You can send your photos to Santa Fe Homes Online by email as an attachment, by the US Postal service (be sure to write photo on the envelope) or if you would like, Santa Fe Homes Online will pick them up for you at no charge. Santa Fe Homes Online can also take pictures of your home for an additional $10.00/photo. If you send your photos by snail mail and would like them back please include a self-addressed stamped envelope.

Can I update my ad?
Yes, you can update your ad at anytime. Just contact Santa Fe Homes Online and we will update your ad for you. There is no charge to update your text. The fee for changing a photo is the same as additional photos, $5.50/photo.


How long will my ad be listed?
Your ad will be listed for as long as you would like. You can pay by the month. Pay for 3 months or 6 months in advance and SAVE! If your property has not sold within 6 months Santa Fe Homes Online will continue to list your site for up to an additional six months for free.



If my house is sold through Santa Fe Homes Online do I pay a commission?
NO!
Santa Fe Homes Online is not a real estate agency. Santa Fe Homes Online is a listing agency for home owners to get their properties listed online. This will allow both home owners and sellers to do business without the need for a real estate agent. This will save both the seller and buyer thousands of dollars in commission fees.
